I am an activist and advocate for communities seeking access, equality, and equity. Merging my life and love within disability justice and body-neutrality, my commitment to ending gender-based violence, and training in the field of clinical community psychology, I aim to dismantle unjust systems and institute social change. I’ve spent my 36 years on this earth in and around Los Angeles, California and have recently begun the next chapter of my story in New Haven, Connecticut. You may find me practicing, researching, or smashing the patriarchy…but one thing is true: I’m still writing my story and am honored to listen to yours (which I guess are two things, but you get it).
I’m an introvert who is pretty good at putting on an extrovert coat when I need it. What recharges me is the smell of a good book, on a cold night, with a blanket wrapped around me. Sometimes it’s a walk outside, taking photos of the trees (that I swear are welcoming me home). I’m a self-proclaimed sensationalist who will inevitably get lost in fiction until someone I trust can bring me back. Most of my past lives are across the pond and I love putting pen to paper. I was born to disrupt the status quo and will spend the rest of this life shaking things up.
